Our Senior Sales Consultant, Jared Caron takes his role as guide for his customers seriously and whether he gets them to sign up for service with CLS or not, he, and our other sales consultants value the relationships they build.
I’ve been in the industry for over a decade now, said Caron. I am in sales and I do hunt new business. I phone call and prospect in person and there’s lots of competition. So how do we set ourselves apart from everyone else?”
“It’s why I work at CLS, because relationships are always at the forefront of our mind, said Caron.
It’s completely different how we do business here. We like to win, and we like to compete and we like to earn business and we want to grow, and we are actively doing that but not at all costs. And that’s something I take great pride in. We’re not going to win everything, but at the end of the day we’re going to build strong relationships, said Caron.
AT CLS we also make sure our sales and service teams have the tools to help our customers succeed.
We’ve invested in technology, we’ve put 7-million dollars into our plant, or are in the process of putting 7-million dollars into our production facility. We have an outstanding service department, who just recently went through training. We’re constantly investing in our people, said Caron.
We’re called Continental Linen Service right? But we do so much more than linen, said Caron. Our meat and bones is uniforms, along with floor mats and cleaning towels and facility products.”
“I think with my background what I enjoy most is that I’m able to help people discover problems that they didn’t even know they had and finding solutions for them. And at the end of the day building good relationships so that they have a good taste in their mouth with our industry, said Caron.
It is a very competitive world out there but at the end of the day CLS, I believe, is the best company that the state of Michigan has, said Caron.
