Michigan Spine & Pain has had the opportunity to work with CLS for over six years and, our relationship with them has been great!! Our District Manager, Jon Crane, has always been very attentive to the changing needs of Michigan Spine & Pains three medical clinics, located in Mt. Pleasant, Gaylord and West Bloomfield; ensuring customer service and satisfaction as their primary goal. Whenever new products become available, Jon would ask us to test the products and, if the product was a good fit for the needs of the patients and staff, a sufficient supply of products were made available. All of the staff, at CLS, are helpful, polite and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the products they have provided throughout the years and, we look forward to working with them long into the future.

I just want to take a moment to thank Jared Caron for his outstanding service. He has been so helpful getting us everything we need, coming back several times to check and switch sizes and styles. We could not be more grateful. Your service options are great! Everything is so easy, we got set-up with all of our supplies, which helps us to focus on the things that are important. I have worked with CLS for years, even before coming to Turtle Creek Casino, fortunately they were already a close partner here when I came. There are always many last minute concerns when opening a new building with this much staff. CLS has jumped in to offer solutions to many employee concerns as well as having been right there to get us product quickly when we have an unexpected group or we miss order. In regards to uniforms, we keep a lot on hand. CLS even lets us know if they believe we have to many and re-adjusts our par levels which help save us money. The level of service that CLS provides through their sales representatives is outstanding and is a key reason why we choose to stay with CLS year after year.

Hausbeck Pickle Company recently switched from another work uniform provider to CLS. This move has proven to be effective in helping to control costs with the multiple options provided, as well as helping us to satisfy audit requirements efficiently.
The representatives from CLS provide us with excellent customer service. If we do have questions or issues their team is quick to respond and attentive to following up afterwards to make sure that our needs are fully met.
