In January of 2022, we began construction on additions to our Manchester plant after several months of planning. Our current facility allows us to provide reliable linen and uniform service throughout Michigan’s lower peninsula, and we’re working hard to expand our plant so that we can grow with our customers. Thanks to this expansion, we will be able to more easily fulfill our existing clients’ needs and take on new customers as well.
Plant Expansion Details
We are adding 11,000 square footage to our facility and increasing our washroom capacity by 50% by way of a monorail and additional equipment. With this new system, a CLS team member will sort products on the soil line and then no one else will touch it until it is dropped clean at a finishing station. This will completely automate processes such as soil slinging, washing, drying, clean slinging, and clean sling delivery to feeding stations.
