CLS does a great job for us. We know that route person is going to be here and if there are any questions they handle them well and our needs are taken care of, so it’s been a great relationship. I think one of the things that draws us to CLS is we are very proud to be doing business with a west Michigan company, someone who is local and if we have needs we really appreciate that they’re in our neighborhood.

I have worked with CLS for years, even before coming to Turtle Creek Casino, fortunately they were already a close partner here when I came. There are always many last minute concerns when opening a new building with this much staff. CLS has jumped in to offer solutions to many employee concerns as well as having been right there to get us product quickly when we have an unexpected group or we miss order. In regards to uniforms, we keep a lot on hand. CLS even lets us know if they believe we have to many and re-adjusts our par levels which help save us money. The level of service that CLS provides through their sales representatives is outstanding and is a key reason why we choose to stay with CLS year after year.

I wanted to thank you for the great working relationship over the years. I always know you have got our back when last-minute needs arise or there is an issue that needs resolved. Your customer service is at a level that many businesses should strive to achieve. From cleaning up all of the fallen hangers in our storage rooms to immediate responses when we change our minds again to suggesting ways to save money… it all matters! We have worked with CLS for several years. CLS has been great to work with and willing to make adjustments due to changes with our practice. They are always willing to help look for ways to save money for our practice and that means a lot these days when no one seems to have enough time in their day to look at everything. We could not be more grateful. Your service options are great! Everything is so easy, we got set-up with all of our supplies, which helps us to focus on the things that are important. Brett goes above and beyond to provide what we need, he is quick to answer and he is always making sure we get what we need. Today we ran out of aprons and rags and within an hour his driver was already delivering what we asked for, he has done this many times for us. He takes care of his customers and we are very happy with his service, I highly recommend this company.
