I just wanted to take a moment to say how much my team likes our delivery person, Jerry. He always has a smile on his face, is very helpful with product deliveries when our business fluctuates with its ups and downs and he also is an all around nice guy. I look forward to seeing him each week.
A few weeks back, we told him many of our plastic keys for the toilet paper and paper towel dispensers were broke and we were in need of more. Today, he brought us two (2 in 1) metal keys for our dispensers. Small little thing, but huge to my Operations Team…it made our day. Kind of silly, but true.

Brett goes above and beyond to provide what we need, he is quick to answer and he is always making sure we get what we need. Today we ran out of aprons and rags and within an hour his driver was already delivering what we asked for, he has done this many times for us. He takes care of his customers and we are very happy with his service, I highly recommend this company.

At times there have been some quality issues but you have given us credit whenever linens don’t meet our standards. I have worked with CLS for years, even before coming to Turtle Creek Casino, fortunately they were already a close partner here when I came. There are always many last minute concerns when opening a new building with this much staff. CLS has jumped in to offer solutions to many employee concerns as well as having been right there to get us product quickly when we have an unexpected group or we miss order. In regards to uniforms, we keep a lot on hand. CLS even lets us know if they believe we have to many and re-adjusts our par levels which help save us money. The level of service that CLS provides through their sales representatives is outstanding and is a key reason why we choose to stay with CLS year after year.

We have worked with CLS for ten years. They are always willing to help us cut costs by introducing us to new product lines that they are now carrying as well as new programs to help us be more cost effective. Their sales and route staff are both friendly and helpful. I would recommend CLS for both uniform and janitorial serves.
